Shipping & returns policy
Kay’z Crown Collection is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages once out of our possession. there are no returns or exchanges with ANY of the products we sell. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are to have any concerns about your wig or bundles please continue with the “ contact “ tab and email me your concern. Thank you.
Standard shipping
A “ KAYZ CONTRACT” must be SUBMITTED or your order will be canceled and you will be issued a refund.
Please allow 7- 9 days for your order to be processed and 3- 5 days for shipping . Holidays and weekends are not included in the business days. Due to Covid-19 take into consideration that shipping may take longer. ( note that processing days for custom style wigs can take 8-9 days and 3-7 business days for shipping)
UPDATE : Processing times for custom style units , 10 /12 days for your order to process and 2/3 business days for shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Refund policy
We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product we currently are not accepting returns or exchanges. ( due to COVID-19 at this time )
